How to Make Homemade Electrolytes

Ingredients
1 quart mason jar (glass)
½ lemon
Pinch of sea salt
1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
Drop honey into jar
Add ¼ cup boiling water
Dissolve honey
Add salt
Add lemon
Stir
Add cold water or room temp water and drink
