How to Make Homemade Electrolytes

Ingredients

  • 1 quart mason jar (glass)

  • ½ lemon

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  • Drop honey into jar

  • Add ¼ cup boiling water

  • Dissolve honey 

  • Add salt

  • Add lemon

  • Stir 

  • Add cold water or room temp water and drink

Benefits 

Natural electrolyte hydrates you without running through your body.  Less sugar than sport drinks and a natural start for the day.

Drink 1-2 quarts a day based on your body weight.  Shoot for ½ your body weight in oz.
